Approximately one among nine Japanese women develop breast cancer, and this number is currently increasing.
However, breast cancer is a disease that we can tackle.
Due to advances in diagnostic technology and medicine, breast cancer has become detectable at a very early phase of the disease.
With such advances in therapeutic strategies and medicine, breast cancer is a disease that is very likely to be cured.
Breast cancer is the only type of malignant tumor that you can detect by yourself.
However, it is important to continuously undergo a routine examination, conduct a breast self-exam, and take care of yourself for detection of this disease.
Please take an interest in yourself not to overlook an opportunity to detect a health condition that you feel something is inappropriate.
That is the first step to overcome breast cancer.

Your results for the tests and physical examination will be provided on the day of the examination.
We have no inpatients’ ward.
When treatment is considered necessary based on the test results, we will refer you to a medical institution providing appropriate interventions, depending on your condition and request, and assist you to receive a consultation.

You can consult on any questions about the details of interventions and discuss your concerns after receiving a consultation/surgery at a therapeutic facility.
Breast cancer is characterized by a higher cure rate if the lesion is detected at a very early phase of the disease.
Undergo an examination not to lose an opportunity for early detection/treatment.
Breasts are compressed to obtain images during mammography. Thus, the most appropriate period of the examination is about a week after the end of menstruation to avoid a period with breast swelling.
However, imaging during a period other than the above does not affect the examination results.
Various optional tests including bone mineral density test, examinations for anemia, liver function, and kidney function, pre-marital checkup, female/thyroid hormone tests, and tumor marker test to detect signs of cancer can be conducted.
We also conduct screening for womb cancer, bone mineral density test, various blood tests, placenta/vitamin infusion, and prescription of low-dosage birth-control pill.
Please feel free to discuss with us.
If you wish to undergo both screenings for breast and womb cancer, we recommend our women’s specialty screening program.
